TOILET FACILITY UNIT FOR CONSTRUCTION SITES AND EVENTS ON A SKID-MOUNTED CHASSIS
1 aluminium tank with 2 compartments.
Water tank, with anti-slosh baffles, overflow, and external visual water level indicator. Minimum water capacity of 400 litres (adjustable depending on the vehicle’s remaining payload). 1 high-flow DN65 mains water supply connection with symmetrical coupling. 1 shut-off and total drain valve upstream of the water filter line.
Sludge tank, with a useful capacity of 800 litres of sludge. 1 DN50 suction valve and 1 DN65 discharge valve. 1 visual tank level indicator. 1 external ball safety valve. Overpressure and vacuum safety valves.
Driven by a petrol engine
Belt drive on each pump (Hp & Pav), mechanical lever control.
The pumps (Hp & Pav) will not be driven simultaneously.
High-pressure pump with 3 solid ceramic pistons
Flow rate/pressure: 13 litres/min at 200 bar
Vane vacuum pump
Flow rate at atmospheric pressure: 156 m³/h
Aspirating system
External ball safety valve on the tank with removable reservoir.
Safety valve set to 0.45 bar.
Oil separator and noise dampener with oil recovery on the vacuum pump outlet.
1 manually operated high-pressure hose reel with return mechanism for cleaning; it is fixed and has a capacity of 30 metres of 1/4" high-pressure hose. 1 axial supply hose with swivel connector.
2 convenient storage compartments for high-pressure suction hoses with a capacity of 2 x 10 m of DN50.
The hose reels
1 manually operated high-pressure (HP) hose reel with a return mechanism for cleaning; it is fixed and has a capacity of 30 metres of 1/4" HP hose. 1 axial supply hose with a swivel connector.
2 convenient storage compartments for suction hoses with a capacity of 2x10 metres of DN50.
Equipment and accessories
30 metres of 1/4" high-pressure hose 1 braided hose
2x10 metres of DN50 pump hose with a 1-litre plastic suction nozzle, fitted with a plastic valve between the hose and the suction nozzle
1 filling valve cap and a cat-head connector
1 x 5 ml filling nozzle (DN65) with fire hose connector
1 x 30 m X-Hose (unrolled).
1 x lance with spray gun for cleaning surrounding areas, featuring anti-twist mechanism, 0.8 m lance and nozzle.
